Many Agents at Invisible start out as Operators, completing tasks and projects. As you grow in skill and experience, you will be assessed as a Scoper - where you determine how other Agents will complete work, or as a QA - where you evaluate the quality of work other Agents have completed.
As you mature in leading others and show a desire to take on greater responsibility, you will be assessed as a Junior Lead or Squad Lead, where you will be the go-to leader for a small team of Operators and Scopers or QAs.
If you perform exceptionally as a Junior Lead or a Squad Lead and show promise of leadership at an even higher level, you can achieve a promotion to Senior Lead or Team Lead, where you will be the leader of numerous Junior Leads or Squad Leads and perhaps entire operational areas at Invisible.
And lastly, for our most elite Agents, our Partner-in-Training programs prepare and assess you for the Path to Partner. Becoming a Partner means you become responsible for the company’s strategic development and earn an ownership stake in Invisible through option grants.
