Meet Ishtiyaq, an experienced Operator from India who joined us nearly a year and a half ago.
We reached out to learn more about him.
I am located in Kashmir, India.
I’m very communicative, detail-oriented, and versatile. I like to think of myself as a team player. I don’t mind taking on solo projects, but I prefer to work as part of a team!
I have only one hobby: Reading! It takes an astounding amount of my free time. It has made me develop analytical thinking and open-mindedness, which is valuable when working for a company like Invisible.
My favorite song changes all the time! It's impossible to only pick one.
Before joining Invisible I did a lot of things: I was a teacher, an Analyst, and worked for a multinational company. It was a hectic journey, but it brought me to where I am now.
Invisible Technologies has growth potential. I can clearly see my career growth here, and it is the best place for talents such as myself.
The accomplishment I’m most proud of is completing my degree with flying colours. It’s a reflection of my hard work and discipline, as well as my ability to work well with others on group projects while also shining in independent work. The journey was long and arduous, but the experience prepared me for an exciting career - one that I hope continues to let me learn and grow as I provide value to new roles. My achievements include, but are not limited to:
- General Secretary. Department of Economics Doaba College (2012-14)
- 1st Position Essay competition College Level.
- 1st Position College Level Debate competition.

A healthy work culture and a competitive environment is the motivation that keeps me here. A good work culture promotes high value peer-to-peer learning and genuine feedback. Complaints are addressed and suggestions get implemented. I derive my energy from people and their behavior. My sincere approach towards my work, truthfulness and capabilities have kept me alive at Invisible! Learning new things is what gives me immense motivation, and I love meeting new people. I hope Invisible Technologies will grow from strength to strength!
