Meet Isymi, an Abu Dhabi-based Invisible operator. She has been here for 2 and a half years, with a track record of making new friends and growing in her role to show for it.
Isymi came to Invisible as a blank slate experience-wise as it pertained to the processes she operated. “This is something new for me,” she says.

Thankfully, she’s a fast learner. She says that in her Zoom working sessions, she asked a lot of questions to get up to speed, and despite her colleagues being busy with their own work, “they were very nice and were always ready to assist me.”
Now, she’s a Team Lead overseeing a group of nearly 40 agents. Isymi notes this has been a challenge, with much of the learning curve having to do with learning how to communicate well with her team.
She says she’s thankful for her own lead, Daniel, for giving her the coaching she needs to lead her team well.
Making friends amongst colleagues can be a challenging aspect of any remote-first work environment, but Isymi has not only made friends here. She’s made a best friend.
Isymi says her best friend is a colleague she met on her own team, Kimberly. The pandemic has made it difficult to travel in the past, but now Isymi says, “we were planning to meet hopefully this year.”We asked Isymi what her favorite story from her time at Invisible was, and were delighted to hear of a time when she and her loved ones had fallen sick, and an Invisible Partner stepped in to help out.
