Invisible Spotlight

"I am incredibly proud of all of the members of my Onboarding Squad."

Meet Sarah, an Operator of 6 months treasured by her team members.

We caught up with her to learn what makes her a unique member of our team!

Where are you located?

Hobbs, New Mexico.

How would you describe yourself?

I am as compassionate as is possible, as amusing as is tolerable, and as curious as is feasible.

What are your hobbies?

I love to hang out with my dogs and Cog (he's technically a cat, but he's really bad at it), go hiking in the desert, make bad art, and fall down podcast rabbit holes.

What did you do before Invisible?

I was an English professor.

Why did you decide to join Invisible?

I had never done anything outside of academia, and I thought the "Real World" might be a good lark.

What are Your Top 3 moments at Invisible?

01|

When I met my cohort back in August! We are Cool Guys forever!

02|

When our CEO was "negotiating" with the "turkeys" not to shut Invisible down. I won't lie. I spent a good fifteen minutes not being sure if he were kidding.

03|

When I got to tell our Team Lead that the Team had pulled together to get him a little something. Life's too short not to let valued people know they're valued.

Can you name something you are proud of? An achievement, or anything else in your life!

I am incredibly proud of all of the members of my Onboarding Squad. They are all real troopers who kept on keeping on, no matter what. No matter which cohort, they really come together to support each other, keep each other going, and are really really good at being human.

How would you describe Invisible to someone who wants to join our team?

The most stressful, breakneck, growth-inducing, brilliant gig where you get the honor of working with the kindest, smartest, and most diverse rockstars, changing the world, one well-written Mistake annotation or Ratings Rationale at a time.

What is it that keeps you at Invisible?

It is not possible to be bored.

Thank you for being a valued member of our team, Sarah! Please don't mess with the turkeys.
