Meet Shanique, a former ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher turned Invisible operator from Jamaica.
We caught up with her to learn what makes her a unique addition to our team!
I am located on the lovely island of Jamaica.
I'd say I am an ambitious, generous, and cheerful young woman who loves nature and trying new things.
My hobbies include experimenting with new recipes, listening to music, and watching movies.
Before Invisible, I spent time as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher as well as a customer service representative.
Based on my previous experiences, I have found that I enjoy working in a remote environment, and this company offers that opportunity, along with a diverse culture.

During my first project here, my team members and I had a great team-bonding session after our shift ended. It was wonderful getting to know each other better and having some fun together. Orange team will forever be in my heart!
So far, I am extremely proud of my career journey here at Invisible. With this, I feel that my efforts and hard work have been recognized. On a more personal note, I'm also proud of the woman I've become. Life can be difficult, but I believe it's worth pushing through, and I'm grateful for where I am today.
The environment here is dynamic and diverse, and once you join this company, you'll feel a strong sense of community.
Outside of the opportunities for growth, my leads over time and teammates have been a highlight for me. I've met many wonderful people who help keep me motivated.
