Now I can go back to playing PC games if you can believe it or not, and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for my family..."

Meet Chris Martin! He’s a 4 year veteran at Invisible who helped to pioneer some of our earliest processes.
Chris is located in the Philippines where he transitioned from a career in the BPO industry to an Agent role at Invisible after being referred by a family friend.
The transition made sense for him and his family — Chris’ wife was pregnant at the time and he was able to turn 12-14 hour days at the office into a work-from-home lifestyle that allowed him to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day for his wife and new baby. He even got his weekends back.
Asked what keeps him at Invisible after 4 years, Chris says three things: the pay, the work/life balance, and the Invisible culture. He elaborates on the Invisible culture, sharing that his managers have an open-door policy and that everyone is approachable all the way up to the C-Level.
The people above me trust my judgment. When I’m outside of my shift, they respect my time unless it’s really really urgent.
We are so grateful for Chris’s service and spirit at Invisible and are eager to continue working with him for years to come!
