"Running a sub-49 second 400m was a huge achievement I worked 3 long hard years for."
Meet Caspar, an irredeemably British athlete and VP of Solutions Engineering at Invisible who’s been with us for over 9 months.
We caught up with him to learn more!
I'm located in London, UK.
I'd describe myself as passionate, caring and irredeemably British.
My biggest hobby is running - I was a very good long sprinter and now run middle distance (although the last few years have seen too many injuries), I've run 1:53.27 over 800m in the past. Alongside that, piano, board games and watching lots of different sports.
I worked in Insurance software for 9 years, 7 of which were at my previous employer where I progressed from Analyst to Product Owner.
I'd been at my previous job for 7 years. It was a little too bureaucratic, very corporate, and I fancied a different challenge. Plus, I knew Joe, our CFO, from University and he tapped me up for Automations.

I crashed a jetski during the Costa Rica off site meeting.
The running, obviously! Running a sub-49 second 400m was a huge achievement I worked 3 long hard years for.
Fairly bonkers. Lightning paced, not always in the best way, but full of interesting intelligent people all over the world trying to do big things.
The people are fab, and the challenges we're starting to see in the Product and Technology space are super interesting.

Thanks for being brawn & brains at Invisible, Caspar!
