A piece of feedback that we have heard from the agents on our marketplace this year is that they want more projects to do and that our platform needs to continue to evolve to support more complex tasks.
In Q3, we saw a decline in task availability from 90% in Q1 to 79% in Q3, despite a growing client base. This reflects our clients’ growing demand for even more specialized skills (e.g., diverse language skills, STEM/coding, and domain-specific expertise). Within a marketplace, projects will fluctuate, and the expertise of agents may not match what’s in current demand from clients. We’re committed to enhancing our workflow management to ensure more consistent access to tasks for all agents wherever it is possible.
Throughout the year, we have been investing in a platform that provides agents with a seamless experience – from initial registration to finding projects that require their specialized skills, getting started on a project, and completing tasks. We continue to prioritize app development that allows for a positive and efficient user experience.
